OpSite Incise drape is a transparent, adhesive polyurethane film which allows the skin to breathe, so preventing moisture build-up under the drape. As a result OpSite adheres to the surrounding skin throughout long surgical operations and more importantly, right up to the wound edge.
The OpSite Incise will adhere and stay in place even throughout major operations involving prolonged retraction of wound edges. Designed with a transparent minimal-glare surface the incision site is clearly visible without glare whilst using the OpSite incise. Thin yet extremely strong, the OpSite incise is tear resistant, yet can be cleanly cut with a scalpel.
OpSite Incise is very conformable on awkward operation sites, yet its elastic qualities make it suitable for use where heavy manipulative surgery is involved, for example, in total hip replacement. OpSite Incise provides a sterile working field surrounding the incision site as they hold drapes securely in place.
Each OpSite Incise Drape is sterile and individually wrapped in a peel a-part pouch.
